These terms and conditions will refer to the details you supply on the order form therefore please make sure all details in your order form are correct.
Our Royal Mail UK Special Delivery charge is £6.95. Subject to stock availability, cleared funds and verified address we endeavour to deliver your order within 1 - 2 working days.
Our standard UK delivery charge is £4.95. Any full price goods that are ordered equalling to or over the value of £50 (excluding sale / offer items) will include free delivery. If there are any sale goods ordered at the same time then the standard delivery charge will apply. Subject to stock availability, cleared funds and verified address we endeavour to deliver your order within 5 working days and a signature will be required upon arrival. Orders are insured while in the possession of the carrier.
If your item does not arrive within 7 working days of placing your order please contact us.
Pride clothing offers a personal home delivery service. If you would like this service, all orders will have to be made by 3pm to ensure you receive your order on the same day. There is no cost for this service and we will cater for anyone within a 7 mile radius of WR11 4RE (Pride Clothing, Evesham). We will aim to deliver direct to your chosen address between the hours of 5pm and 7pm.
A contact number and a indication of time for delivery will be required. Someone will have to be available to sign for the delivery.
Please note, that the personal delivery service will only be available between Monday & Saturday (no deliveries on a Sunday).
If it is not yourself taking delivery of the goods, you will have to inform us, of who will be taking the collection.
All purchases consist of specific emails that will arrive upon certain point during the transaction. An email is sent upon completion of the purchase, stating the items that you have ordered. This is then followed by an email to say that payment has been accepted. The final email is to say that the item has been dispatched.
European Delivery (Within the EU)
We also cater for delivery within the European Union. Delivery time will be within 7-14 working days but will vary depending on the country. The cost of this service is fixed rate of £14.95 for a package that is upto 2kg in weight.
All funds will be deducted from your debit/credit card before goods are dispatched. All payments are completed through SagePay. Sagepay also intergrates SSL encryption which will protect your card details during the transaction.
All prices are in pounds sterling including VAT.
According to Distance Selling Regulations, consumers who purchase items from a business seller over the internet, where there is no face-to-face contact between the seller and the buyer before the contract is made, generally have the right to cancel their purchase within 7 working days (starting the day after the item is received). Some items are excluded from the right of cancellation (also referred to as the right of withdrawal). Business sellers are obliged to inform consumers about their right of withdrawal before the purchase. Private sellers may voluntarily offer returns.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange or give a full refund (minus the original postage cost). You must firstly notify us of return within 7 days of receiving the goods and the goods must than arrive back to address provided within 14 days.
Please return the item(s) to us in their original condition complete with un-removed labels. We will inspect the item(s) and will issue a refund or process an exchange on the day of receipt of goods. This also applies during periods when we are offering free uk standard postage. Please allow 10 working days, after we received the items back from yourself, for the refund (excluding the original postage cost) to appear on your credit card or bank statement. We are not responsible for postage costs of returning an item unless the wrong item was sent.
We strongly recommend for security when sending items back you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post and do not accept responsibility for any item(s) until a member of our staff has signed for the package.
Any items returned which do not comply with the returns policy will be sent back at your cost and will not be accepted for a refund until the conditions have been met.

If you wish, you can take an item into our stores for an exchange only. They will be unable to issue a refund.
Due to Hygiene reasons - we are unable to except returns or exchanges on any underwear & ear rings.
If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered please contact us immediately. Please quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
All sale items are ‘sold as seen’ and are only eligible for an exchange, in store.
All garments ordered will be checked individually to ensure that there are no faults or defects before dispatched. A label will be applied to the bag as confirmation of pre-dispatch checks, to ensure we, at Pride Clothing are happy with the products prior to dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the returns procedure is not followed or not within the timescale.
We will not accept as faults: fair wear and tear to the goods or where they have been handled negligently by you or damaged after delivery.
Delivery costs are not refundable unless the goods are found to be faulty or an incorrect item (the item received is not what you ordered) has been sent out.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if our returns policy is not followed.
This will not affect your statutory rights.
The only warranties available would be those supplied by the manufacturer.
